The most waited Indian Premier League (IPL) DLF Cup grand final has played between two strongest team of tournament. First one is skipper Shane Warne’s Rajasthan Royals while another is Chennai Super Kings. This match had started on Sunday, 1st June at Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy, Mumbai.
For Rajasthan Royals win DLF cup is come true a dream since it was considering the weakest team of the tournament. While it, gave better performance than other team. Rajasthan Royals won 11 matches out of 14 league matches. It defeated Delhi by 105 runs in the semi-final. On the contrary Chennai Super Kings has faced lots of struggle after returning its international stars to their country. Despite it in captaincy of MS Dhoni, Chennai Super Kings entered in final. It beat Punjab team in the semi-final by 9 wickets. Rajasthan Royals won final match by 3 wickets. Chennai Super Kings gave target of 164 runs that Rajasthan achieved by losing 7 wickets.
