As all Indian cricket fans were expecting that master blaster Sachin Tendulkar will come in the one-day team and happened so. India’s cricket selectors recalled premier batsman Sachin Tendulkar, senior fast bowler Zaheer Khan and experienced spinner Harbhajan Singh into 16-members Indian squad for the one-day series in Sri Lanka. Sachin Tendulkar had missed out last month’s Asia Cup in Pakistan and on the tri-series in Bangladesh due to a groin injury. Like this Zaheer Khan missed Asia Cup in Pakistan due to injury while Harbhajan Singh was serving a ban in Shanthakumaran Sreesanth matter. Selectors also declared Indian cricket team for Champions Trophy.

The Indian team for the Sri Lanka series: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt), Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Gautam Gambhir, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, Parthiv Patel, Harbhajan Singh, Zaheer Khan, Rudra Pratap Singh, Pragyan Ojha, Irfan Pathan, Munaf Patel and Praveen Kumar.

Indian skipper Mahendra singh Dhoni and his brigade defeat world champion Australia at Melbourne by 5 wickets. It is the biggest victory for India because India won first time after 1986 at Melbourne’s MCG ground against Australia. India got victory in the third match of CB tri cricket serious by five wickets. Sunday was lucky for Dhoni since he caught four catch along with one stumping.
India made 160 runs in the 45.5 over while loosing 5 wickets. Indian pace bowler Ishant Sharma 19 years old has declared “man of the match” for taking four wickets. Australia made 159 in the 43.1 over at 10 wickets, Indian pacer Ishant sharma, Irfan Pathan and Shantha Sreesanth played very important role to finished Australian team at 159.
Ishant, Sreesanth, and Irfan took 4, 3 and 2 wickets respectively. In the morning Australian Caption Ricky Ponting won the toss and decided bat first but this decision gone against Australia when team all out only at 159 runs. Australia’s starting was very cold and Adam Gilchrist went pavilion at 0, only Mike Hussey could face Indian pace attack he made 65 unbeaten.

India win the last 7th ODI  of Future Cup against the World Champion Team Australia at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The main hero of this cricket match is Murali Kartik, who has shown his capability not only in balling but also in batting.

In this match there is a bad day for all the top order batsman, they come one after one. India lost 6 wickets just at the score of 66 runs. Seeing this condition all the fans of cricket were shocked and believed that this match is also lost by India. But due to the delightful batting by the tail order, India win this match.
Robin Uthappa made 47 run and made match winning partnership of 65 runs with Harbhajan Singh for the 7th wicket. Then Zaheer Khan  come and played with Harbhajan Singh, but after some time India lost another wicket of Harbhajan. After this Murali Kartik was come and played  with Zaheer Khan. They both played well and Kartik was made 21 runs in 34 balls with 3 fours and Zaheer made 31 runs in 43 balls with 3 fours and 1 six. And with this our bowlers proved that they are also reliable for batting at last moment of the match when runs required.

And from this great performance of the bowlers, India win this match. Murali Kartik was awarded as the Man of the Match, for his great unforgettable achievement of taking  6 wickets and match winning batting of 21 runs.

Today there is a 5th One Day Cricket Match of a Future Cup in Baroda city of Gujrat. After the victory in the last ODI Match in chhandigarh, India has given birth to a hope of winning the series. Australia is leading in this series by 2-1 by India. Thus today’s match is very important in view to both the teams. India will put their whole energy to win this match to be in this series. In the other side Australian Team will also put all energy and efforts to win this match and to capture the One Day Future Cricket Cup.
This match is also important in a view of Sachin Tendulkar.  Because he will be the second one after Sri-Lanka’s, Sanath Jaysurya to play the 400th One Day Cricket Match of his carrer. Match will be Live Telecast in DD1 and Neo Channel from 9:00 AM moorning.

Maharashtra chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, his cabinet colleagues, BCCI president Sharad Pawar and other officials received the Indian cricket team at the airport and welcomed team with full of joy & happiness.At this occasion private security guards were also drafted in to cope with the crush as new captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni led his side out of Airport to huge cheers.Thousands of people were merged in monsoon rain to salute the cricketers at the return to their homeland. Police make good effort to control swelling crowds wildly celebrating the return home of the Indian team after bracing the introductory Twenty20 world title against Pakistan.
The cricketers went round in a decorated open double-decker bus with skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s photograph streaked on the front. People lined up from the airport to the Wankhede stadium in South Mumbai, with players taking turns to hold aloft the trophy, the bus set off on a 30-kilometre (20-mile) drive to south Mumbai’s seafront Wankhede cricket stadium for a huge welcome home party. Fans lit firecrackers, sang songs — “Chak de India” or “Come on India” and waved placards as the high-spirited players danced and hugged each other. Police also joined in the celebrations as rose and marigold petals were thrown in the air.

Rahul Dravid give a big surprise after resigning from Caption ship post. After resigning from his Caption ship post Rahul Dravid breaking his silence said that he is not at all enjoying this caption ship post. It is not only from this year but he is not yet interested in this job from last year. He also said that the Indian caption has its own life.

The Indian caption Rahul Dravid which is now nearly 34 years old till now. He does not utter a word of his Resignation letter which was announced on Friday by the BCCI Board.

In the reply to the question that Why you take such decision in between? He said that in these two years I done my job and it is very pretty event organize in these two years but I don’t know why I was not enjoying this post. He also said that the resignation decision is taken only by him after observing and playing as a caption.
