Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan’s mother Teji Bachchan passed away on Friday. She was 93 year old, she was ill from some previous months and her ailment was going on in Lilavati Hospital. Teji Bachchan was singer as well as actress.
Teji Bachchan was consigned to flame at the cremation ground of Juhu on Saturday. Many famous dignitaries from film industry, businessman and other including Pehlaj Nihlani, industrialist Anil Ambani, Politician Amar Singh Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat had attended the cremation.
Teji Bachchan was the second wife of late Shri Harivansh Rai Bachchan the famous poet of India. Harivansh Rai Bachchan was died at the age of 96 in 2003.

Teji Bachchan was not present in Aish-Abhi wedding therefore this marriage was held without pomp and show. All family members used to go in the hospital to seek her blessing at every occasions and festivals.
